This policy applies to all users who access AEPS, DMT, BBPS, and other financial services through the AEPS Seva App or Web Portal.

📌 1. Services Exclusively for Authorized Merchants

The AEPS Seva platform is strictly available to merchants who have completed KYC and police verification through the company. This platform does not directly serve any general customer. Customers can access services only through registered merchants, and no customer data is stored on AEPS Seva servers.

📌 2. AEPS Service Flow

AEPS services are performed by merchants based on the customer’s consent and biometric authentication. The AEPS transaction flow is as follows:

1. Customer approaches the merchant for service
2. Merchant collects Aadhaar number and bank name
3. Customer authenticates via biometric (fingerprint)
4. AEPS transaction is processed via bank API
5. Cash is handed over by merchant to the customer

✔ AEPS Seva acts solely as an API enabler in this flow. All cash transactions are between the customer and the merchant.

• PAN, Aadhaar (masked only)
• Device details – Android ID, IMEI, Location (for security)
• Transaction reports used by the merchant

• Merchants must operate in compliance with RBI, UIDAI, and NPCI regulations
• All communication and cash handling with customers is solely the merchant’s responsibility
• AEPS Seva is an API-based technology provider and is not liable for customer issues unless there is proven misuse by the merchant

• AEPS Seva complies with the Indian IT Act, 2000, UIDAI Aadhaar Act, and RBI guidelines
• We are GeoTrust certified and use SSL encryption
• No data is shared with third parties

📌 6. Vegiemon® Cash Counter Settlement

Vegiemon delivery personnel may collect excess cash. Verified AEPS merchants can act as Vegiemon Cash Counter Agents as follows:

• Delivery personnel deposits excess cash with the merchant
• Merchant loads wallet from their bank and initiates payout to Vegiemon via settlement API
• Merchant earns commission per transaction
